Digital Marketing Advisory

Build a marketing engine you actually understand.

For founder-operators who want predictable customer growth — and to know exactly why it's working.

Who I work with

Founder-operators building toward predictable growth.

Most of my clients are running businesses that work — they just can't explain exactly why, or make it consistent. That's where I come in.

What I help with

Three things, done in order, for a reason.

Strategy without systems is just advice. Systems without strategy is just activity. We do both — in sequence.

01

Marketing Model

Know whether growth is worth pursuing.

  • What a customer is worth over time
  • What you can afford to spend to acquire a new one
  • Whether growth increases profits — or just revenue
02

Message-Market Fit

Know who's buying and what to say to them.

  • Who's buying, why they bought, and what they needed to hear to say yes
  • Who else has a reason to buy that you haven't spoken to yet
  • What each segment needs to hear at the moment they're ready — not one message pushed at everyone
03

Growth Systems

Know what's working and how to do more of it.

  • Campaigns and creative on the channels that matter, not all of them
  • Emails and automations that follow up without you
  • Reporting that tells you what's working, what isn't, and what to do next
  • Built in your accounts, owned by you — no agency needed to run it
How it works

Three months, built to hand off.

I work with five clients at a time. Most start with a three-month engagement. The goal is always to build something you can run without me.

Month One

Getting clear

We build your Marketing Model and get clear on who you're actually marketing to — the foundation everything else rests on.

Month Two

Building and structuring

Campaigns, automations, and reporting get built directly in your accounts. You own it from day one.

Month Three

Refining and handing over

We refine what we've built and make sure everything is ready for you to run confidently — with or without me going forward.

Weekly rhythm

We meet weekly — 60 to 90 minutes, on a call or in person. In between, we stay connected on Slack. Ask questions, share ideas, think out loud. I'll get back to you.

I do the work

Not just the advice. I build directly in your accounts and platforms. Some clients move on after three months. Others stick around. Either way is fine.

Timing matters

Is now the right time?

Good time to start

  • You've invested in your brand. Now you need a strategy and systems to get it in front of the right people. "We just finished our rebrand and launched our website, but we're not getting the customers we expected."
  • You've got something that works. The job now is understanding what's driving it and making it repeatable. "Some months are great, some aren't — and I don't know why."
  • You're paying an agency for project managers, not execution. "I want to work with someone who actually does the work."

Not quite yet

  • You need creative direction, brand identity, or design assets. Talk to Ros Horner at Studio Delancey first.
  • You need a dedicated copywriter to handle your content. Talk to Daniel Sandison first.
What's next

Let's see if there's a fit.

Email me or book an intro call. I can answer questions and we can confirm there's mutual fit.

If we're not a fit, I'll point you in the right direction.
